Recent Donation Ideas

Sara:
Hi! If you live in O.B then you must know about the wonderful coffee shop named Your Mamas Mug. Well, Madi and I put up a donation box in there and all the money goes to our club so we can help save the Silver Back Gorillas. If you happen to stop by that beloved coffee shop be sure you put some change into the cup/donation box that is covered in butterfly wrapping paper.

Change Boxes... you put change in them.

Dana and Sierra:
We are putting in change boxes in Ace Tattoo and Your Mama's Mug on Newport, so if you have any spare money... Also, it has become a contest with the little girls. We are doing one that is ocean- or sea turtle- themed, and they are doing one that is gorrilla themed. So far, it seems that they will put theirs in Your Mama's Mug. But ours is way more awesome. If you see it... put some money in it. :)

Crochet! and Knit! but mostly Crochet!

Dana:

Madi and Sara can Crochet. So we are going to make them Crochet stuff. Probably cell phone cases of different colors, and then as they get better scarves and hats... and stuff. So, be on the lookout for more pics of our merchandise. We'll put some pictures as soon as we get the camera working.

Wild Animal Park- gave us some ideas

Dana:
Sara and I went to the Wild Animal Park, and saw some really endangered animals... the Sumatran tiger, I think, was one of 200 left ever... I think. But it gave us some ideas on animals to adopt. like the White Rhino, which was one of seven left in the world. Seven! And I was thinking, If we could sponsor an animal like this, we would be helping bring them back from near extiction. Though of course we could not sponsor a White Rhino, because since there are only seven left, they are all being very well taken care of and looked after. I don't think that, if there were only seven left, people would go around neglecting them.
But I am now on the lookout for sponsorship places for more endangered animals.
Again, suggestions are appreciated!
